The Cultural Village Project (CVP) is spread over a site measuring 270 acres with a total built-up area of the facility is 35000 sq.m approx. As the name suggests, the Complex is designed to showcase Qatari, Arabic, and International Cultures in the fields of Lifestyle, Food, Dress, Arts & Crafts, etc. The Commercial Plaza forms the “heart” of the CVP and consists of retail areas, cafés, restaurants, hotels, outdoor dining, etc. Some of the attractive features of the project are the high-level bridge, multi-cuisine restaurants, and boutiques. The complex has something to cater to everyone’s needs, starting from department stores to other functional areas such as offices. The Commercial Plaza is designed in a classical roman architectural form complete with classical orders, building elements, ornamentation, motifs, etc. All the construction has been carried out using marble and natural stone.
